Techradar reported that people were speculating that the entire ‘Star Wars’ saga is available in the new app with Dolby Vision.
Accordingly, some users took to Twitter to announce that older episodes of ‘The Simpsons’ that is streaming on Disney Plus will be in a widescreen format rather than their original 4:3 aspect ratio.
Simply put, the original 4:3 video will be cropped to 16:9, allowing the top and bottom portions of the video to be cut off.
It won’t hide much of what’s showing on the screen but it’s a launch glitch which is causing some users to feel frustrations.
Apparently, the new streaming app will air the complete 30 season archive of the infamous cartoon show staring Bart Simpson and his family.
Disney Plus aims to have its focused angle on everything Disney standout in comparison to Netflix, Hulu, Apple Plus and Amazon Prime.
