‘El Camino’ is the spin off movie to 2013’s ‘Breaking Bad’ and apparently, the new Netflix movie has shaped Jesse Pinkman’s character arc, as what ‘Breaking Bad’ did to Walter White’s character.
The Netflix movie takes Jesse Pinkman’s character being held as a prisoner by the eerily cheerful Todd and his group. Pinkman should be out of Albuquerque before law enforcement can track him down.
You can then see Pinkman in a scene at the home of his old comrades, Skinny Pete and Badger.
According to Time, “one of the greatest pleasures of ‘El Camino’ is that it still makes space for the funny banter that cut through the bleakness of Walter White’s descent.”
Rumors of Walter White’s character being back in the movie also surfaced as Aaron Paul, the actor who plays Jesse Pinkman, and Bryan Cranston -who plays Walter White, were seen on the red carpet during the premiere of ‘El Camino.’
Accordingly, Metro reported that the show’s creator, Vince Gilligan has revealed that Cranston’s character did indeed die during the “Breaking Bad” finale.
Hardcore fans of the series are hoping for a cameo from Cranston since his character heavily influenced Aaron Paul’s Jesse Pinkman.
‘El Camino’ has premiered on Netflix and will be aired in select cinemas.
