Reports of Kanye West releasing his new album named ‘Jesus Is Born’ on Christmas have surfaced. And while the rapper ‘wants to share the whole gospel,’ he also wants people working with him on the new album not to practice premarital sex.
On his recent interview with Zane Lowe, Kanye confirmed that ‘Jesus Is Born’ will indeed be released on Christmas and that he announced it on the eve of the release of his ninth studio album, titled ‘Jesus Is King,’ which is reported to be delayed twice.
“Sunday Service album, ‘Jesus Is Born,’ on Christmas is coming,” the rapper told Lowe.
Somewhere during the interview, Kanye West revealed that he was exposed to pornography at a young age and that he got addicted to sex after his mother passed away in 2007.
“Some people drown themselves in drugs and I drown myself in my addiction: sex,” Kim Kardashian’s husband declared.
Apparently because of this, Kanye have asked people who were working on his album not to practice sex before marriage.
“There were times where I was asking people not to have premarital sex while they were working on the album. There were times where I went to people that were working on other projects and said, can you just work and focus on this? I thought if we all focus and fast -families who pray together stay together,” the 42 year old rapper said.
Accordingly, Kanye West also stated his plans on a future presidential run.
“There will be a time when I will be the president of the US and I will remember… any founder that didn’t have the capacity to understand culturally what we were doing,” Kanye West states.
